DRUNK Driving Dept. A Christian Science Monitor story, sent in by F.R.Y., of Ridgewood, N.J., reports that Helsinki, Finland, has a beautiful jet airport constructed almost entirely by prisoners serving time for drunk driving. Nobody, says the Monitor, can escape severe sentencing if caught driving while inebriated. The airport builders included bank officials, merchants, government workers and two members of parliament, who put in six months with sledge hammers. . . .And from Waterloo, Iowa, comes word that a 25-year-old man was fined $25 for drunken driving--while riding a bicycle.
