Slip Count

I am a collector of alcoholic "slips." With monotonous, if sad, regularity the story is always the same, namely, a multitude of small "mole hill" irritations which build up, in time, to a "mountain" of grievance. Individually, none of these irritations have anything in common with alcohol, such as shortness of temper, moods, everyday domestic irritations, misunderstandings, debt, loss of driving license, and so on--but, they do lead to the bottle.
