At the AA European Roundup, which is held annually at Wiesbaden, Germany, each Labor Day weekend, one lady made a talk in which she said, the reason she was at the Roundup and in Europe was because she had read the article published by the Grapevine about the Roundup the year previously. She said this was the first time that she had any knowledge that AA existed in Europe, and it was only then her doctor consented to let her come to Europe to work.
