I'm taking that all-important step and "going-home" to Texas for two weeks. The decision to go was sort of in the wind for a long time before I actually made up my mind. Needless to say, I was very nervous about the entire idea at first. I haven't been home, you see, since three years ago (just before I was put into White Plains) and at first I wasn't sure if I was ready to take this step which I have heard so many speakers say is a very important one and also very difficult. Finally, last week I made up my mind and we made the reservations.
