Each time I go to our weekly meetings of AA being the secretary I have a front seat view of all who are present and I never cease to marvel at the wonderful change that has come over the members, especially those whom I used to know in the 'good?' days. Days that we wished would hurry up and get dark, so that people we knew would have more difficulty in knowing us. Then the nights of torture, mainly mental, wishing for the dawn to come and help us to forget our vile thoughts. How thankful all of us alcoholics should be, of course I mean those who are on the program. And what pity we should give to our brothers and sisters who have yet to find sobriety.
