THERE'S no end to the alibis. A Kansas City, Kansas, man was fined $200, it says here, for the illegal possession of whiskey despite his plea that he never touched the stuff himself but kept it on hand for the exclusive use of his female poodle who "drinks it when she is about to become a mother."
