HERE'S NEWS for you coronary veterans (we're one) who have had to ignore the advice of medicos to belt a couple of hookers a day "to dilate the heart vessels." A couple of doctors at the University of Mississippi Medical Center have found that alcohol definitely decreases the amount of blood in the coronary vessels and makes the old ticker work harder than ever. Don't start any fights with the family physician about this; just rest easy.
