<emphasis type="bold">What help is there for the problem of insomnia?</emphasis> ("Sleepless Nights," p. 36)

Getting sober is a giant step toward clearing up our lives. But there are often lesser problems to be dealt with. Some of them may even arrive after we get sober. For example insomnia--recurring sleeplessness. Author F. M. suggests some ways to think and to relax so as to take the terror out of being wide awake. (When you stop to think about it what's so bad about being awake and sober?)
