Carrying the Message

I liked the PLOM (Poor Little Ole Me) cut-out in the August issue, page 39. I never would have predicted it, but corny little reminders like that are useful to me in staying with the program: reminding me to remember how SAD I was and how HAPPY I am. But I'm not writing just to send you a flowery compliment in words, I want to send you a KISS. (Keep It Simple, Stupid. Or, for nice gals, Keep It Simple, Sweetie.)
