A NOTE just sailed through the transom from one of our confreres. "A bibulous priest," it goes, "has finally been given another parish after he drank his way out of the previous one and joined AA. The new church has been named St. Paul the Apostle. If you must have a reason, St. Paul was stoned a few times, too."
