BUT from Miami, Fla., comes the story of a hobo who always slept under any billboard that was lighted at night. Charlie, the secretary of the Miami Intergroup Office, writes that this traveling man wandered into the office and asked for help. All he carried was a large, plastic-covered bundle. During the course of the conversation, Charlie told the man that when he used to hit the road he never carried more than the clothes on his back, a toothbrush and a razor. "Yeah," said the visitor, "but I believe in being comfortable. All I do is look for an electrically-lighted sign and plug in this electric blanket. The plastic cover comes in handy when it's raining."
