SOMEBODY HANDED John S., of West Palm Beach, Florida, a clipping from an unidentified source stating that the way glasses affect vision depends on whether you wear them or drain them. We have a feeling that this has been in the Anecdote Bin before but, as you have just observed, you can't kill an old wheeze.
