Carrying the Message

Recently we heard that flowers would be appreciated for a Festival Service at a very small nearby village church. I collected a large wicker basket, or rather hamper, from a farmer, and on Saturday morning filled it full of flowers decorating it by sticking blooms in between the canes all around the sides. As I worked, my heart went up to God in thankfulness for all the good things he has, through the AA program, bestowed upon me. He has taught me to appreciate the small things I never thought worth noticing before.
