Official Opinion

WE once heard it said about AA that "we need just enough organization to keep our anarchy going." We've heard it said that "there are as many ways to work the AA program as there are AAs." And that "we are free to disagree, but not to argue." (In other words, it's suggested we stay out of the kind of controversy on any subject, including AA itself, that brings the blood to a boil.)
