MICKEY W. sends from Murphys, California, a clipping revealing that the Washington State Health Department's alcoholic section, which requires each drunk referred to it to carry a police identification card, ran across one schemer who successfully used it as a credit card in a ginmill. This is undoubtedly not the last example of a boozer's ingenuity which will be reported in these columns.
