MILLY I., of the Capital City Group in Bismarck, North Dakota, forms us that the Agricultural Adjustment Act (AAA) is a household word out there. A member of her group, she continues, arrived at a North Dakota town on a business visit and asked a cop if there was an AA group thereabouts. "No," said the man in blue, "the farmers voted that out last May 17th."
