Carrying the Message

All members who have experienced the 'take-over' by God of all their affairs have noticed that He works through the people and the circumstances surrounding us. These persons and circumstances are mainly outside our control. But they are not outside of the control of God. Jobs happen; marriage difficulties are smoothed out; debts are arranged for; even court actions have been resolved, not by the AA member operating and causing these results, but by God working through people and circumstances surrounding the individual alcoholic.
