YOU have undoubtedly long since read in the papers the American drinking-habits report issued by the Center of Alcohol Studies at Rutgers University. It stated that 71 per cent of all adults drink, that 11 per cent are heavy drinkers and that 10 per cent are problem drinkers. Problem drinkers, they say, are those who have trouble with spouse, police, employer or health.
