ACCORDING to the Insider's 'Newsletter, officials in Kuwait (wherever that is) are considering repeal of a ban on alcohol they instituted. During the first month, twenty-four persons died from drinking eau de cologne. We can only guess there must be a shortage of vanilla extract and shaving lotion in Kuwait (wherever that is).
