After my first few months in AA I am happy to report that I don't get into those black moods which were so much a part of my alcoholic life and also part of my first months of sobriety. However, there are times like tonight when I get into what I can only describe as a gray mood. No particular reason that I can pinpoint but I just felt kind of low.
