The Anecdote Bin
Dedicated to the lighter side of our common problem
LASTLY, for now, we happily snitch a paragraph from Norton Mockridge's column in the N. Y. World Telegram & Sun. "I always drink standin' up," Mockridge quotes a saloon customer, "'cause it's much easier to sit down when I get drunk standin' up than it is to get standin' up when I get drunk sittin' down."
