Carrying the Message

I have listened to several thousand AA talks. These talks have been interesting, inspiring, illustrative, amusing, educational, tiresome, sincere, sorrowful, homey, polished or rugged. But never boring. Because, no matter how much I may agree or disagree with what is said--or how much I may approve or disapprove of how it is said--every speaker gives me something to think about. Since, from my point of view, staying sober is a thinking problem, they have all helped me to stay sober.
