Keep That Warm Feeling

A NEW biography of the Italian Saint, Bernardino, tells of a native son who returned to a little Italian village some seven or eight hundred years ago and thereupon was apprehended for many high crimes. In consequence he was promptly hanged in the village square. All of the villagers were on hand during the event. Most of them had known the culprit since birth. San Bernardino, who was on hand to provide the spiritual amenities, commented to a friend on the probable diverse attitudes of those present.
