That dream

My first dream came after six months sobriety. I rushed down to the 4021 Club. "Boys," I said, "this AA is the greatest thing I have found. I was drunk for a week last night, and it did not cost me a cent. Beautiful dolls, pockets full of money--and the beautiful dolls trying to get the money. Plenty of taxis, missing trains and spitting on checks and tearing them up. That's what I did in gyp joints and was never stopped when I walked out."
