Around AA - Items of AA Information and Experience

AA has been asked to cooperate in program planning for the International Congress on Alcoholism to be held in Washington, D. C., in 1968. It will be the first ever held in this country (they've been meeting more than 100 years in Europe), supported jointly by the North American Assn. of Alcoholism Programs, the National Council on Alcoholism, the Smithers Foundation, the International Council on Alcoholism, and the National Institute of Mental Health (a federal institution).
