Carrying the Message

Just as an instance of how grand it is to be a "message boy." I was at a meeting the other night and one lad who had been dry for fifteen months said that he had been of the opinion that he did not remember his first AA meeting, but seeing me--I'm not as terrifying as that I hope--he remembered that he had been to a meeting when he was in Barlinnie, though up to the eyes in pills.
