I heard a short talk by a patient at an AA Christmas party at Farview State Hospital, Waymart, Pa. which struck me as a witness to the healing power of the AA program. It contains a nudge for those of us on the "outside" who sometimes think we can be excused for not working the program as conscientiously as we might because things in our lives are too tough.
