Carrying the Message

When someone says General Service in New York needs our help to keep operating and translating our literature into languages of other countries so that when anyone, anywhere asks for help, the hand of AA will be there always, the old dreamer starts thinking of learning to speak French and Spanish, Norwegian and German, and going overseas and helping to start groups. The little voice of truth says, "Now, remember, you weren't born in a manger and He who was doesn't expect you to act as if you were."
