The Supreme Court and Alcoholism

On Oct. 17, the U.S. Supreme court refused to review an appeal in the "Budd" case involving the conviction for drunkenness of a man whose defense was that as a "compulsive drinker" he couldn't help being drunk nor control his conduct when drunk.
