Sense and nonsense on the road to recovery

WINE, of which the poets sing high praises, has some curious effects on people. We never seemed to get totally plastered (we were certainly never sober, either) but we did the most outrageous things while seemingly in full control of our faculties. The word used around AA, and it describes the condition perfectly, is "mocus," for which there is no definition given, offered or needed.
