CHICAGO--Sixty per cent of 122 traffic fatalities in the 15-to-20 age group in Illinois showed measurable amounts of alcohol in the blood, while 45 per cent showed amounts of 0.15 Gm. per 100 ml., according to the results of a study announced here.
