Carrying the Message

In the October 1966 issue of the Grapevine is a letter from Tom in Vietnam. I could not help but feel a warm glow combined with wonderment for someone who is where he is (under the circumstances he is in) and who not only retains his sobriety but is so cheerful about it. This should be a lesson for us, particularly for anyone like me who is more or less a loner and at times gets to feeling sorry for myself.
