Seasonal Frenzy

THERE isn't any law we know of that requires editors to observe seasonal and holiday motifs in publishing a magazine. You might think so, however, when you see the inevitable Christmas extravaganzas, New Year's presentations, Valentine's Day features, and so on, which fill the pages of family periodicals.
