AHistory of Washington State Alcoholics Anonymous has been published giving capsule histories of the state's groups, background on the beginning of AA itself, and including interesting reproductions (of the first issue of the Grapevine, for example, and of the famous Jack Alexander piece on AA in Sat. Eve. Post). There are photographs of Washington AA meeting rooms and clubhouses, and good cartoons by "Harry."
