Once Over Lightly
Sense and nonsense on the road to recovery
COLUMNIST Dick West came up with the bright idea of grading martinis. The idea was to assign ratings so that all interested parties could go into a bar confident of what they would receive. He was going to grade them as butter and eggs are graded--B, A, and for the top grade, double-A. Somehow an AA martini doesn't seem appropriate. We'll be watching to see if this scheme makes any progress. (We hope not.)
