THREE cartoons arrived in the mail this month which, together, give a capsule history of one night in the life of a sot and his wife. The first one shows him flopped in a chair. His wife stands with arms akimbo shrilling, "Well, if you're not breaking up your cold germs, you certainly are giving them a good time!"
