Rejoice! Rejoice!

If you've never sung God's praises on a July afternoon because you found you could actually put in a day's work, read this

IT WAS a wonderful feeling--just wonderful. The sun on this summer afternoon was bright and burning after the air-conditioned office. In the bright light, bits of paper, scraps of chewing-gum wrappers, and cigarette butts showed up clearly on the pavements. Grass along the uneven sidewalk was sprawling and uncut. Overhead on the elevated tracks a train chugged along. Occasional one-family houses, dull and brown and ancient, were spotted among the factories of the neighborhood.
