AS GOOD tipplers in training, we used to finish up all the half-empty glasses left by guests at the parties we gave. Betty O., of Westchester, Ill., reports that this relatively common trick was being done out her way by a sodden husband one night. His wife asked him just why he was doing what he was doing.
