New Mood-Changers Rate Low With Toronto Teenagers

A five-month survey of drug use among students in metropolitan Toronto schools, conducted under the auspices of the Addiction Research Foundation, led to this conclusion (among others): "It is clear that in terms of number of users, alcohol and tobacco are still the most important drugs. Users of all other drugs are very much in the minority."
