A LIQUOR-BOARD inspector was tipped to the fact that a dance was going on at the Knights of Columbus Hall, and the celebrants didn't have a license to dispense hooch. Full of fire, with badge blazing, the inspector descended on the hall. He burst into the room--only to have a coffee cup jammed in his hand and be asked, "Are you a newcomer?"
