New Alcoholism Plans for New York City
Dr. Bernard Bucove, Health Services Administrator for the City of New York, told the second annual meeting of the Alcoholism Committee of the Community Council of Greater New York that alcoholism will no longer be the victim of "discrimination by disease" in this city's hospitals.
