Test of Driving Skill

For years, the effect of alcohol on man's ability to drive an automobile has been sharply debated. The nondrinkers tend to feel that any alcohol sharply reduces the driver's skill. Many drinkers, on the other hand, feel that a reasonable amount of alcohol may even improve their reflexes when handling a car.
