Some "cuss" and some don't--the important thing is to live and let live

I SUPPOSE that tolerance would bid me accept with equanimity the January Grapevine article "We're Going to Do Something About Profanity!" It seems the author has a hang-up on cussing and had to get it off his chest. I'm the first to say he can oppose cussing (I prefer that term to "profanity") all he wants to. He can even form his own group of Profanity Anonymous, in the manner of many other problem groups (drug addicts, smokers, fatsos, to name a few). But let's not turn AA into a language-clean-up detail.
