Under duress

Increasing recognition of AA by outside agencies may bring its problems, this letter suggests. In the U.S. and Canada, AAs more commonly take meetings to inmates of hospitals and other institutions. But there are some, instances of lawbreakers, such as drunk drivers, being required by courts to go to AA meetings. How do group members react?
