SISSETON, S.D.--The Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux tribe of the Sisseton Reservation in the northeast corner of South Dakota is about to receive a $178,101 grant from the Department of Health, Education and Welfare for a program attacking poor nutrition and alcoholism.
