When he began to abuse the bucket he loved, he figured something must be wrong

I LITERALLY kicked the bucket and lived to tell about it. . . . There was a time when I would not have wanted anyone to know that I had ever thought or acted in this manner. However, now I tell this story at meetings because it reminds me how small I once was and how alcohol can distort one's sense of values. This episode really bothered me--not enough to stop drinking over, but enough to start me in that direction.
