IT'S STILL the Still-in-the-Mountains Dept. Not too long ago, a hillbilly was seen walking down Main Street with a jug of 'shine under one arm and a gun under the other. He stopped a man and said, "Come on, friend, have a drink outa my jug." When the man protested that he didn't drink, the hillbilly leveled his gun at him and said, "Drink!"
