Getting in Tune

FOR MONTHS, I felt out of tune with my Higher Power. I'm getting back in rapport with Him now, but it has been a series of gray, lifeless months, for some reason that I can't explain. I've been hanging on and staying in there and pitching, but it hasn't been much fun and I haven't had much serenity. Now I am beginning to see a bright light at the end of the long, dark tunnel of depression. Maybe this happens to many older members of AA after they come off Cloud Nine and are no longer as active in the program as they would like to be.
