IN CHATHAM, ENGLAND, Mrs. Janey Stromquist hit the bottle in a big way at the annual meeting of the Venture Club. It seems that the lady is a former opera singer. She belted out a few notes, one of which coincided with the natural resonance of a Cointreau bottle on the back bar. Result? One cracked jug and a lot of sticky liqueur all over the bar.
