NEWS HEADLINE: "Barroom Therapy Goes Legit." Many of us, in our days of wine, roses, and associated fun and games, treated the keepers of the jugs in the local pubs as combination dispensers--of hooch and advice. Apparently, the latter is so common, at least in Milwaukee, that a group of bartenders has completed an experimental program to give them the essence of elementary counseling.
